We would like to book a premium boardroom or meeting room in TST, Hong Kong to host our Annual General Meeting with our company’s shareholders. Our main criteria were finding a sophisticated workspace with a professional, but welcoming ambience. Liaising with the marketing and event coordinator at ATLASPACE we quickly realized that this service provider would be able to cover all our requirements.
The Guest Experience Team was more than happy to take over our guest management and registration which took the administrative workload off our shoulders. We had asked for the reception area to be tailored to reflect our corporate design and spirit giving a fantastic first impression to our shareholders. Furthermore, ATLASPACE suggested to take advantage of their VIP meeting room setup including a pen, notepad and bottled water at each seat, which corresponded well with the expectations of our executive members.
As the content of our presentation was confidential we made use of the privacy button which, at a push, impressively turned on the smart frosting on the floor to ceiling glass doors. This would be a great feature to have at home to avoid any nosy neighbours from looking in!
Our AGM is a global meeting, including headquarters staff, so having professional video-conferencing equipment was crucial to its success. Fortunately, ATLASPACE dedicated IT Support Specialist came to our rescue to hook our systems up with the projector and screens. The top-of-the-range video conferencing platform was extraordinary with a speaker tracking camera and noise cancelling, so our international members had a full face-to-face and personal experience. The Smart TVs and instant plug-and-play connections allowed us to easily share our screen and also have a pleasing visual backdrop to highlight our presentation content. Naturally, ATLASPACE offers corporate-grade WiFi which is indispensable for smooth and clear communication without having to worry about the loss of information. We have experienced this on too many occasions in the past with other providers and were relieved this was not a problem at all this time around.
The cherry on top of our meeting room experience was being totally pampered by the ATLASPACE Guest Experience Team. They were at our beck and call during the entire event and provided friendly and efficient support. They assisted us with the printout of documents prior to our meeting, greeted our guests with kind courtesy and also took care of our lunch catering requirements.
A mid-morning breakout area was set up in front of the meeting room with light refreshments, coffee, tea and fresh orange juice. Throughout the day our guests could place their favourite coffee orders in the beautiful bar and lounge area where the in-house barista handcrafted their choice of beverages. All in all, we truly had the most amazing experience at ATLASPACE and we are delighted to say our shareholders finished the event on an extremely positive note.
