Experience Sharing – To Found the Best Event Space in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Our company was on the lookout for the best event venue in TST, Hong Kong to host our commercial shooting. We had contacted several event venues and were very pleased to find that ATLASPACE could offer an event space matching our requirements perfectly.
Our vision was to recreate an office setting with a magnificent sea view as a backdrop. Our corporate branding is of great importance and we needed a scenery to reflect our company’s professionalism within a classic, but modern and vibrant setting.
The booking was smoothly handled by the ATLASPACE professional and friendly Guest Experience Team. All details were discussed prior to our big shooting day under the creative advice and guidance of ATLASPACE’s experienced marketing and event manager.
The event space was an excellent choice as it is conveniently located within Harbour City and in the heart of Kowloon’s central business district right next to the ocean offering great access to public transportation. Our shooting crew lives all over Hong Kong and found the short walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station or the Star Ferry terminal very reasonable. Even staff travelling from Mainland China would have an easy commute with the West Kowloon Train Station is just around the corner.
ATLASPACE’s premium interior design was an optimal match for our company’s branding and we were pleasantly surprised to work with a flexible set-up of a variety of different backdrops, such as a professional office space scene, bar or restaurant theme or even a cozy, home space staging. Prior to our arrival ATLASPACE had already taken care of the entire transformation, paying attention to the smallest details. We were extremely impressed with the quality preparations and were able to start our day filming instantly.
The service team was very attentive and assisted us whenever needed throughout the day, even serving us with complimentary, freshly brewed coffee by their in-house barista.
Our experience with the ATLASPACE event venue in TST was highly productive and efficient and we look forward to working together again in the near future for any of our upcoming corporate events, product launches, interviews or seminars. We fondly remember our great experience at ATLASPACE! It was most impressive to feel the event venue come to life with its formidable transformation from a coworking space to a professional private office layout. The outstanding service by ATLASPACE went beyond our expectations and most importantly, our corporate branding was perfectly represented by the fantastic backdrop and scenery during the photoshoot.
